About the foundation

NJ Service Foundation, Inc.

The NJ Service Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. The specific objectives and purposes of this corporation are: to solicit, collect and otherwise raise money for charitable purposes through projects offered by and through area Clubs. 


The corporation has at least five (5) trustees who are known as the Board of Trustees. Every trustee is a Rotarian from a local club. One trustee is elected at the Annual Meeting to be the chair of the board. 


In addition to the five trustees, the Foundation officers are also members of the Board of Trustees with full voting powers. The officers of the corporation are President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The President, Vice President and Secretary each hold a term of one (l) year. The Treasurer holds a term of 3 years.
